Garrington Private Credit Fund

The Garrington Private Credit Fund (the “Garrington Fund” or the “Fund“), focuses on private debt opportunities originated and managed by Garrington Group Inc. (“Garrington“), one of the leading secured asset-backed lenders providing private loans to SME businesses across North America.

The Fund aims to achieve consistent, risk-adjusted returns with minimal volatility and low correlation to most traditional asset classes.

Through Garrington, the Fund provides access to a diversified portfolio of predominately short-term privately negotiated loans

The risk of capital loss is low through a diversified portfolio of loans that are generally secured by assets.

The Fund has quarterly distributions, at a variable rate tied to the fund realized gains/yield, which historically has been over 8% per annum.

The Fund is expected to have low correlation to traditional asset classes.

Predominantly due to the fact that the loans primarily have short-term maturity dates, many are floating rate in nature and that private loans are not publicly traded.

The Garrington Fund will allocate capital to a diversified portfolio of commercial finance and secured loan investments focusing on asset-based lending, lender financing, specialty financing, real estate financing, and equipment financing (areas of which traditional lenders are retreating).
