Mr. Stuart is the principal of Coral Cove Capital Ltd., where he oversees the firm's activities and fund investor relationships. He acquired and assumed management of Coral Cove Capital Ltd. and its investment funds in late 2023 to lead the expansion of institutional and international investor participation in the Garrington Private Credit Strategy. Mr. Stuart has more than 25 years of experience in alternative asset management and private credit. Prior to leading Coral Cove Capital, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Next Edge Capital (2014–2021), Man Investments Canada (2006–2014), and BluMont Capital (2000–2006). He also serves as a Senior Advisor and Managing Director to Garrington Group Inc., where he is a member of the firm's Investment Committees and provides oversight on strategic initiatives. Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
