Ms. Kemp serves as President and Chief Credit Officer of Garrington Group Inc. and is a principal of the firm. She joined Garrington in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer and was appointed President in January 2025. Ms. Kemp brings over 30 years of experience in North American private credit, trade finance, and asset-based lending. Prior to joining Garrington, she held senior credit and portfolio management roles at Century Services and TCE Capital. At Garrington, Ms. Kemp oversees all credit, underwriting, and portfolio risk functions and chairs the firm's internal Investment Committee. She is responsible for credit governance, deal approval, and ongoing portfolio administration across Garrington's managed strategies. She was recognized by ABF Journal in 2024 as one of the Top Women in Specialty Finance, and is a founding executive member of IWIRC Canada and an active participant in the Secured Finance Network's Education Committee.
